Not to be girlish or anything (no offense to girls here haha) but that song makes me sad since I always think about those ASPCA commercials lol.

I know me too. I hate those commercials. Every time I'm watching TV and I hear that song come on I'm like "Awww NOOOO... I hate these commercials...."

They're so sad.

Here's a sad story about a dog nearby in Newark that was abused, starved to the point of not even being able to walk, and to top it off, his abusive owner just threw him down a trash chute where a janitor found him on St. Patricks day. He's doing fine now though, he's recovering well at an animal hospital.

How do those animals even live? So sad...

Yeah, it's sad. Why do people first of all have pets if they don't or can't care for them, and second, if they can't care for them, then why don't they give them to somebody else or a shelter.

So I believe I mentioned that my friend's house exploded the other day? Just after the hurricane passed. Cause of it was a gas leak, here is the article with a few pictures. You can see the chimney is completely knocked down, and the wall on the right side is pushed out

Everyone lived?

Everyone lived. My friend and his Mom were as far as I know the only people home at the time of it, and both got transported to a hospital one town over, and then both were transported from there to the burn center a few town further over. Both were released that day though.

I drove by the house today. It's got the red paper on the door, the glass door in front of the front door was completely shattered, as were the other windows. The meters on the side of the home were blown, and the chimney was completely knocked over. And as you saw in the pictures, that one wall was pushed out, and the home was blown off the foundation.

All in less than what 20 seconds?! That is the best high rise firefighting unit in the world!! haha My eye was twitching the whole time since my brain was trying it's best to capture everything happened.

It was fast but I don't think I would do it at a real fire, or anytime really. It just takes one little slip and you are down two firefighters, one missing their fingers lol. Maybe in a compition it would be okay.

Man dude today sucks! I'm off of school, but it's cold and windy outside with nothing to do...played fire sims all day...

It was nice and cool here too. I love it, 62 to 75 is so much nicer than 100+.

But then when it gets reaaaal cold ppl will be, complaining, about how cold it is, can people ever be happy with the weather they get, if you lived there for more than a year, you should know what to expect, i mean, god, stop complaining, we cant do nothing, but here I go on, being a hypocrite, complaining.

I like cold weather. I never complain about the cold.

Same, I really dont care as long as I can walk outside and not get frostbite or melt.

I love winter, fall, and spring. If it's cold you can add layers. During summer you can only remove so many layers beforebits indecent exposure. Haha

I LOVE fall and spring. That might come some from growing up where summer temps in the 90s+ is an everyday kinda thing.

I prefer winter, cuz well i like being cold, i can put up with our summers here, they get hot, but you know i use tht new invention they have @ the stores, air conditioning , unless its a day like today, my parents bust out the 60 yo windows whos, i forget the word, but ill call em filters, arent connected to the window anymore and let all the bugs tht wana have a party, in.

Well we use air conditioners too, but when you work outside all day and you have to where the uniform we do. It sucks

Today, it's 65 outside and everyone in my class is complainging about the cold. I'm like, 'Cmon guys! It's not cold at all!'

Yeah, seriously. Well, drivers ed is soming up for me. And I got ahold of the SGT. for my exploeres and still no room. URGH!

Haha I'm in explorers, have class tomorrow...BUD! Lol, but I can't wait till drivers ed! One more year!

Yes, here in Michigan you can drive at 14 and 8 months.

Oh wait you're 14...I'm 14 too haha. Here you can take driver's ed at 15.

Wow!! HEre you have to be 15 and 3 months then 9 months after you get your permit, you can take your drivers test.

Well yeah we have our permit here, too. Indiana is like Virginia.
