A second rush hour has appeared, with increasing loss of lights, causing a four car pile up at North South Twin Roads, meeting at Boader, Keller and Second, and Keller and sixth, both two vehicle accidents. Requesting units to each scene to maintain a traffic flow, hopefully relieving stress from the emergency vehicles headed to the docks.
PEMS will only respond if requested, otherwise will remain at docks triage
Time: 2030h
Concerns: Low unit availability, and high response times, plus heavy traffic
Restrictions: This isn't a big call, just to keep PD happy and busy
Weather: Same as boat fire
