Units not on the traffic check point, please be looking for trucks in the area looking to avoid the check point. All trucks are delivering loads out of town, so keep an eye on truckers avoiding the checkpoint."

Concerns: Truckers avoiding entering the on ramp at the nearest to the docks, and instead going through Phoxlind South East and then up through the Industrial ramp, Traffic build up, since all cars will be stopped.
Restrictions: No police chases to emerge from this, no injuries to officers, and don't get other agencies invovled either please.
