This is DC Burke, reporting a head on high speed collision, appearing to be 2 occupants in each of the two vehicles. Severe damage to one vehicle, however two occupants of the lesser damaged vehicle are out and fine. Collision on Trulit Interpass, West end.

Requesting medical as well as police and fire. Any available units radio in. We'll need manpower on this, we've got the possibility of a fire, and the worst vehicle is gonna need jaws. LF respond.

Ladder One responding code three to Multi Car accident.

My first call with ERT. I jump in the ambulance and immediately grab the radio "ALS-1 is en route code 3 traffic" Turn the lights and siren on and then hit it to the scene. While en route to the scene I radio command "this is ALS-1 were about 5 minutes out just curious the status of the patients, how bad is the patient that is trapped in the car?"

*I stay on the shoulder of the road passing traffic and get to the scene.*

*I get out of the truck, turn on the pump and get the crosslay off the bed. After charging the hoseline, I start to spray at mid-pressure(to conserve foam)at the bottom and top of both cars. I then get the irons from the truck and start to jam the halligan into an open space in the broken door.*
