Quick-Stop

This is the Quik-Stop
Sticky tile floor, drippy slushy machine, Some arcade games from the 80s across from the clerk and enough artery clogging snacks to stock your car/ambulance/fire truck for the nuclear winter.

Notes
1) You can godmod the clerk in here, starting conversations with him/her
2) There are Civilians in and around the area, and of course, converse with them
3) the basic menu is stuff that you would find in a 7-11 or deli. (think slushy machine,chips,candy, pre-wrapped snack cakes, snacks named after sound effects and the like)

I stop by the Quick Stop after my shift and buy 2 microwave cheeseburgers and a bottle of coke.
Then I walk over to the clerk.

'Hi mate, these 2 burgers and the coke'
'Okay Sir, that will be $9,95"
*hands over money*
'Thanks sir, have a nice day

I walk over to my POV and start it, I hear some chatter of the PFD going to an automatic fire alarm, then I drive home.

*On my way home, I pull into the parking lot and get out. I get a bottle of Arnold Palmer Half&Half and pretzel M&Ms. I go to the counter, pay then walk out and continue home*

Mitch pulled up front of the store. I go in and go to the drink refrigerators and grab a Dr. Pepper and a Coke. I walk up to the counter:
Me: Hi how are you doing?
Clerk: Doing good what about you?
Me: I'm doing just fine I need to get these two drinks and Red Man Chew please. *I hand over my license as I ask her for the Red Man Chew*
Clerk: Alright it will be 8.59 sir.
Me: Alright here you go have a great night ma'am.

I walk back to the truck to get in.
'I bought you a coke Mitch'

I grab the radio
"SV 1 is going to be en route back to station"

Thanks John. Lets head back." I put it in Drive and pull out of the quick stop as an idiot fly's past us. John and I say some cusses. "Don't worry the PD will get him. "

*I drive up to the quick stop park in one of the parking spaces. I then get out and lock my door ehind me, keeping my car on. 'I need some gas...' I say in my mind so I make a mental note and go inside. I order and sausage egg and cheese sandwich from the clerk and I see someone making it in the background.*
That'll be 6.49
'Ok..damn robbers' I say muttering under my breath. 'Here you go.'

*They wrap my sandwich up and I check it to see how well done it may be. It's really good so I decide to eat it a tht e station. I go outside, pull my car up to the gas station and start putting in gas. It finishes and I pay for the gas, get in my car, and head to the station.*

*i pull in at the pump casue i gotta grab some gas.*
'Man i swear this thing just dumps half of what I give her on the ground. You go ahead and get that gatordate i'm gonna fill her up'
*I slide my card through the maching and hit the premium button and stick it in the tank.*
'Well there goes this paycheck.'

'sure, gimme a minute'

I walk in the quick stop and get gatorade.
'Hi mate, these please.'
'sure, that'll be $10,99'
'Here you go, have a nice day'
'Thanks sir'

I walk out and head over to Moon 'This should be enough for a while'
Then I get in the Mustang and wait for Moon

*I hope in and hit the gas.*
'Man they never remind you how much gas costs when your buying these things haha thats what really kills ya'

*Pulls outside the store, and an elderly man bangs on daves side of the door*
'What was that?' *Confused*

*After narrowly missing getting bashed with a bag*

'Can I help you sir?'

*Then I recognize who it is*

'Oh, Hi Mr. Adams, do you need a cab?'

*I then call a cab for Mr. Adams.*

'Hey, Richardson. That's Mr. Adams he is a mute.'

*I say as I walk into the quick-stop.*

*I pull into the parking lot, and drive slowly for a second look for a place to park. I go to teh end of the lot, and park horizontally over 3 vertical spaces. I press the anti-theft button, take the keys out and walk in*

*I go to the beverages, get a 24 case of water bottles, and a 24 pack of Gatorade, then go up to the register*

*He scans the two items*

'That's $32 even'

*I get a $20, a $10, and a $5*

'Thanks, keep the change.'

'Thank you very much sir, have a nice day'

*He drops the extra change into the tip jar*

'You too.'

*I pick up the waters, push the door open with my foot, and open the side door of the ambulance, I put these in the console, on top of what's left of the 24 case already there.*

*I jump into the driver's seat, put the keys in, press Anti-Theft, and pull out of the lot, and return to the station*

*Walks into the store and clerk looks at me*
'How ya doin'
*Gets a 2 Litre of diet Dr Pepper and some snack cakes named after sound effects and i bring it to the cashier*
'10 dollars'
*I pull out 2 5 dollar bills*
'Want a bag?'
'Yeah thanks'
'Have a nice day'
'Same to you'

*I pull in and head in grabbing a Dew and a monster then I pay the cleark and head back to my car throwing the monster on the passenger seat and opening the dew. then I head home*

*I pull up in front of the Quik-Stop and step out, still in my uniform and wearing my shades. I walk in and pick up a microwave cheeseburger and a Pepsi, then pay for the items and head to my car. As I am about to get in, a soldier walks up to me.*

"Hey, you're from the ERT, right?"

"Yeah, I'm an EMT. You're the soldier who went missing, right?"

"Right. You took me to the hospital."

"Yeah, yeah. I remember you. You had hypothermia."

"Exactly. Hey man, thanks. You saved my life out there."

"This is gonna sound really corny, but it's just part of the job."

"Right. So, thanks again. Bye."

*He walks off and I climb into my truck and crank it back up, then leave.*

I walk in and make a bee line straight for the slurpee machine browsing the aisles I look around at tsome other customers.

Seeing no one of interest I pay for my slurpee and 5 beef strips and walk out and start filling up my car.

*I decide to run to the gas station on my day off before I run some errands. I pull up to the pump and see a familier Dodge Charger. I get out and start filling up. Then I see Raven and head over.*

'Hey Captain, what's up?'

Nothing much mate, just solving national debt by filling up the car." I say and drink a little. "What's up with you?"

'It's my day off. Just thought I'd get some stuff done. Hey, how much was that thing?'

*I point to his slurpie.*

I fumble around in my packet and pull out the receipt. "$2.36 With tax broski."

'Oh ok. I might get myself one of those then...'
