I was bored, so I made a mock-up war poster for a fictional country. I took a screenshot of the game World in Conflict, cropped it to 8.5" x 11", and used an online program to add the words and get the ink outline effect.

"ULS" really does stand for something. In any case, I'm trying to make something similar as a recruiting device for the ERT. I'll post it when I finish.

The effect is called "ink sketch", and it's what I used for both posters.

It took me like 1/2 a day to figure out how to skin with it, of course its different for everyone though.

Yeah, I'm one to just screw around with it and see what happens, but I don't know how to convert the files and stuff. They have that stuff on EMP though.

You know my judgment day mod? Aall skins were used making that program. That mod started as an accident and now it's #2 EM3 mod, second only to LA MOD 2.5

Boredom must be like a disease for me. So, continuing on my fictional country, I made a fake intelligence cable complete with censor bars. Think "WikiLeaks". As you may notice, the document is set in the near(ish) future. It's cut off at the end, but most of the important stuff that's not censored is included.
