Before we take another call, I think we should establish guidelines for each department with equal representation from everyone. I'll start the fire division ones.

FIRE-
- Backup (Can change)
*Firefighters need assistance.

*Firefighters need extrication equipment.
*Firefighters need medical aid.
*Firefighters need <other>.

"Need" calls are based upon the current situation, and are pretty much like getting tools.

No like procedures and stuff.

Jut for reference, this is not from COPA, this is from a firefighter on a unit. These are not official, and these are not near explained enough. Unless this is just a list of what we need. Then if that case, I'll do a breifing on all this momentarily in the announcement section

Surprisingly, I know a lot about firefighting for my age. It seems like no one is interesting is becoming a firefighter anymore. It's always, "I wanna be a rockstar, or a docter, or a pro athelete!" I just don't know about those equations and stuff.

Firefighting runs in my blood. One of my uncles on each side of my family were firemen, and my dad's becoming a firefighter.

Sweet. There's something called citizens fire academy and they get to use hydraulic tools, go to places fire explorers can't and rappel down walls. They also get to drive the trucks after getting their Emergency Drivers License. You got to be 18 to do it and mostly sons/daughters/wives of firefighters do it.It's really cool.

Well, we don't have the space either. I mean, I just live in a town with a bunch of sripmalls and stores, and a lot of houses. We could have other stuff besides stipmalls, like resturants or a hardware store.

with my county, you have to go about a mile (which is five minutes driving distance or so but 20-30 minutes walking distance) to go to the store. It's okay because we have a mall in our county.

So you guys don't have towns in Henrico County, just the County?

We have one that goes through 3 towns and is still expanding.

THe one in Virginia goes from the Bay, and snakes through Charles City co. until Richmond, but knowing Virginia they'll nnnnneeeeeeeeevvvvveeeerrrr finish.
