venting

So im just borde and such and thought it would be a good idea to have a area to vent about problems between people in the game. Like if i have a problem with garcia we talk our shit in here and then its done the isuse is dead and we can move on so people dont hold a grudge. just a thought

well then they need to grow up. If you have a problem with me tell me we can sort it out and it should be done. If we sort it out and then you still hold a grudge then your a child and you need to grow up

You guys are going to see what my venting is. It's very. very. public. operations area for vehicle fire right now, as well as unit openings. if things continue, you will see a lot more.

Its all right we all have problems and if we want to have fun here some times its needed to vent

Or here's an idea. If you've got a problem with the way ERT works, message me, and we can talk about it. Bitching publicly will result in it not happening and the posts being deleted and I won't take them in to any account because you're not going about it the right way. People act nice if you act nice. You get listened to when you talk to someone.

If you bitch and complain, nothing happens. If you say, here's what I don't like, here's what I suggest in a calm collective tone, it's fixed. Bitching about it in a offensive tone to everyone just results in nothing happening.

If you don't like something then simply write it up and message me. If you try to make a fool out of me, I'll delete your post and make sure you never move up one rank in this game until you smarten up. I'm usually a reasonable person. If you think there should be a rule book with every single protocol and I don't agree, we can talk and we can meet halfway with something like the how to section.

If you don't like the way things are run rank wise, then contact me with your problem and a solution, and then I'll explain my point and try to make a compromise. I'm not that hard to deal with, I just need people to work with me, not against me, because I hate to be a big bitch here with it all, but in the end I run this site, and you can't take it over, so instead of leaving it because it isn't the way you think it should be, work with me to make it better and succeed. I've been in many a game with leadership issues, and I can tell you 100% of the time when people have problems and leave to start their own, both clans fail, so instead, we can work together to make something nice in the end. After all, why not?

So those of you with issues with the ERT, don't post here, just message me with them and we'll make those issues go away. As for this topic, I get the idea, but in real life it'll just go bad, because if someone bitches about oyu you'll get upset and bitch back. Sometimes it's best to hit PM and talk to them over it, and work it out that way.. I'll leave this open for now until it gets out of hand however

I wasnt saying for any one to vent on you burke i was just saying in genral like if your having a bad day or something this is a place to vent and such or your having problems with someone on here just get it out and move on. Like you said as long as its in the out of charcter area we are all on level ground.

That is true, I know, but still, if someone calls you an arrogant asshole, in character or not, you won't like them very much, so if you do vent try to be nice Most people here are reasonable I know, just sometimes the reminder helps

O ya i understand that i dont want people say your a F*ck idiot you dont know shit about anythign you dumb F*ck. thats uncalled for but if you gave me lip during a event or took over my detail or whatevr i can be like hey i didnt like that you did this this is my solution for next time and they reply and hopefull everyone can keep a cool head.

I know if you bottle it up it sucks for the person that pisses you off the final time and you blow up on them. So thats why i thought this might be a good idea just a area where you can vent and no reprocutions or anything.

Now if its a problem with ERT that should nto be handled here that should be a private thing and also anythign other than i minor problem with you should also be handled over pm because your the boss and people need to show respect and if you have a problem bring it too you work it out and thats that, but it shouldnt be where everyone can see.

Okay heres my vent for the week: We had our football booster club fundrasier on friday. It involved us going through plays and then schrimaging our freshman team (we are the sophmores) You would think people would have the mind to know that we are playing our own team and we should go hard but not full out, but you have those people who don't listen. I had a team mate tell I should hold up the quarterback so he could smoke him I said no he shot me a look and the the play went on. We rotated players and he stayed in, two plays later they had the EMTs checking a kid for a concussion and the kid I said no to was standing next to him laughing.... Thats that thanks oh and I recieved an email from the hospital in town and I have to be 18 to take the EMT test

If we did that on my team we would be ran till we pucked. We never do that to a team mate.

that sound pretty standred in reguard to the emt text. To take the national regestry test you mush have compleated a emt basic course and be 18

Here, I don't kinow how old you have to be to take the EMT test, but I know that next year, I can join the Eplorer program for my fire dept.

OK. I just won't have my EMT certs until I'm 18 then. No problem! Anyway, do you guys run cross-country? It's fun but hard. I used to get REALLY sore! I just ran for 30 mins. yesterday in the gym with my team. It was easy. Post your complaints about running here, I guess.

My school is grades Pre-8. I'm in 7th. We just got new windows, but we still don't have air conditioning.

I hate how my teacher grades papers. My friend's brother turned in a blank sheet of paper and stapled it to the 1st page of the assignment, and he still got 100%!

I know. Like my one friend got a 1 out of 4 inconduct at the end of the year in Science class for talking. The teacher is mean though. She gave me a 96%, and I usually get all 100%s. I didn't even talk!
