Leadership is for people put into leadership positions like supervisors and truck officers.

Commanding info is for commanders, such as Dep Chiefs, OCs, and the GC.

    No. No. No.

That is a course tailored specifically to ERT Leaders, IE Supervsiors, Captains, Lts. ETC. so they know what to do in their new position. I'm not giving it anyone that doesn't need it.

Commanding is not for ANYONE except for chiefs. Period. This isn't like a leadership training camp, this is a how to do your new job.

I've said this twice, now three times.

Yupp, it's to show you what to do in your new position. Like Supervisor, lt, captain. etc. Just so everyone is on the same page, they all know what is expected and what they can't do

Answering the call directed to my HQ office,
    Hi Moon,
    Currently available courses are:
Medical Certs, both levels(Riles does those or Garcia)
    Search and Rescue Certification,
Scene management,(Kinda like a TO/COPA thing to train for)
Tactical training (may be offered to certain firefighters, which teaches how to basically arrest and handle tactical situations when needed.. )
And of course, the above listed ones are offered by myself

'I'll be opening a distance class for that, so other people can do it while still on duty, I put the info up, then take it down and make you come in for a test on it to see if you pass or not. That'll start tomorrow, as for EMT Certs, talk to Garcia, and he'll run you through it, if he doesn't have a class, tell him, it's a special request from me, he'll get paid for it anyways Wink'

Please note HAZMAT training will be offered to anyone deemed acceptable by the training officer, however HRES training must first be approved through the office of General ERT Training due to specialty (actually due to the fact I don't want everyone with HRES training. HAZMAT isn't a rank, it's a cert so that's fine, certs anyone can go for, rank training must be approved through general training)

No, tactical firefighter gives you the training in how to handle situations with rowdy persons that could pose a threat until police arrive. You get trained in how to detain, and manage the suspect until a police officer arrives to take custody of the suspect. You can kinda arrest them, but since you're not a LEO, you're not actually able to put the person under arrest, just detain for the crimes they have committed and that they will be transfered to the ERT police department upon their arrival
