Firefighter SAR: L1. Previous skill required.
Firefighter Paramedic: S-1. Previous experience
TAC Officers: HR-1, RRT. Must have police background or knowledge. Promote from within as well.
TAC Scout: HR-1. A non armed officer used to scout a tactical scene and best entry points. Apply today.
Paramedic: Medic units. Must have medical background, or knowledge. Promote from within as well.
EMT: Medic Units. Training provided.
Emergency Doctor: EDRC-2, MICU. Must have medical experience.
Hospital staff: Doctor Junior and senior. Must have medical background.
Traffic Officer: Positions available. To handle traffic operations in investigation. Possibility of transfer to unmarked, stealth or Traffic utility when placed in service.

Fire captain is something that is going to be needed for Squad 1.
As for the police captain or sergeant, we don't have a police captain, and a sergeant is not needed at this time.

The ranks lt. and Cpt. are reserved for TAC. Lts will usually be TAC officers, however TAC officers may hold different ranks as well... A captain is the head of TAC.

Nominating Daniels for ff/s&r. He has shown excellent work in the field and isn't afraid to ask when he needs help.

Ewan is a great leader, knows what he's doing. You don't need HRES on the truck out of all seriousness. It's just an extra cert really. Train someone.

leadership is much more than standing around and watching Burke. Especially in an emergency situation. Ordering unit positions, additional units, personnel movement, what to attack, where you need resources, and everything on that ground basically. Standing around? Never. Leaders are looking for what's necessary to keep people safe and work efficiently. >.>

I'm open for firefighter S&R on the ladder but I don't have EMT certs.... yet

You are taking my definition of leadership wrong. You don't get to run in the building, you don't get to be a primary function medic. That means you still work, but not in the way most people would like to. People want power and to do everything. Not all people, but there are some members who do. If you're a capt, you do a lot of commanding around

If Ewan's captain, than who will be L1 T.O? Are we even staffing S1 yet anyway? I'd be the new HRES officer if Ewan moved. I also applied for my SAR job already. I'd just like to stay on the ladder for now, that's all.

I only did the EMT cert, not the SAR.

Yes, however I already have a member in mind for that. You must've served as a TO for some time before being moved to the squad one leader role

Raven is my ideal candidate since he has served as truck officer for Ladder one for a while, so I think I'll move him to Squad one when I get some more firefighters. For the time being, he's staying put though, because I don't want him on a unit by himself

Nope, 3 regular FF's, and two SARs all with EMT certs or better. This will be picked through the new recruits as well as some senior members (not cadets)

Give me FF training and I'd be happy to go on the squad as an FF/EMT.

On a side note, what exactly is the Squad for? EMS support, search and rescue, and anything else?

Then, McEvoy would be the only T.O for L1, right? Not a problem! What about SAR's. In case of a SAR emergency, would I be put on the squad, or would you promote some more firefighters?

Each unit actually only has a regualr TO, usually I won't appoint A dep TO but McEvoy stated he might not be on as much due to life, so I said I'll make a dep TO for when he is busy with life

If we ever get someone for ALS 1 who will stay on for more than a week, Can I be transferred to MICU? Just wonderin,

I'd be more than happy to give some advanced trauma care pointers in that event

Though the MICU doesn't get called out as much as the ambos, and if I read the personnel list correctly, I'd be on it in those cases unless I'm occupied elsewhere.
